Who we have worked with

Resort hotels and restaurants We have worked with kitchen teams in professional hospitality settings, teaching chefs how to produce genuine long-fermented sourdough as part of their bread offering. The result is a product that stands apart from anything a supplier can deliver — made in-house, to a consistent method, with real credentials behind it.

Commercial bakeries For bakeries looking to add authentic sourdough to their range, we provide hands-on training in the method from the ground up. Not a recipe — understanding of the process, so your team can produce it reliably and confidently day after day.

Private groups and individuals We are happy to come to a private home, a kitchen equipped for the purpose, or any suitable space where a small group wants to learn together. This is a popular option for families, friends, and small groups who prefer a more personal setting.

Community centres and organisations We have run classes in community settings for groups of varying sizes and backgrounds. If you are organising something for a community group, a charity, or a workplace team, get in touch and we will work out what is possible.

What we bring

We arrive fully prepared. All ingredients, equipment, and instruction materials are provided — you do not need to source anything in advance beyond the space itself. We work around your kitchen, your team, and your schedule.

Every session is tailored to the group. A professional kitchen team working toward a commercial product needs a different approach from a private group of enthusiastic home bakers, and we adjust accordingly.
