"Hi both, myself, Martin, Lynn and Bob just wanted to thank you for such a fun, informative day yesterday. We're really looking forward to baking our loaves on Wednesday! We all couldn't believe, however, that you only charge £10 per head...this must barely cover the cost of ingredients, let alone your time! Have you thought about charging more....I'm sure people would be happy to pay?

"Thanks also for the sourdough cake recipes - brilliant and much appreciated by my son who is borderline coeliac. Btw he is now a pro at making sourdough bread as I got rather stressed with the house moving stuff and he took over! Good to train up the next generation - plus his mental health has improved since I did your course early in 2020 we only eat sourdough and never buy commercial bread. Fiona

"Hi Michael and Nelleke, Just wanted to get in touch and thank you! We have been making the bread and it is just amazing. I think I am getting slightly obsessed with it. Our daughter is doing really well on it with no issues with her coeliac and I love the taste and it has definitely helped reduce inflammation in my joints, although I am not sure how! So nice to be able to feed her something that is not full of rubbish and fillers!I would love to see any tutorials you have on cakes etc. and I am taking a loaf to the coeliac consultant in a couple of weeks.

Chaska had some dietary issues with bread. Once she started making this bread, life made a big change for the better.
Charmian had many problems with regular bread. She explains the benefits she has experienced and how easy it is to make this bread.
Mike just loves this bread! He finds it easy to make. He likens this bread to one of his all time favourites.
