"Thank you so much for a great sourdough bread making class. It has really opened our eyes to some great possibilities.
I have not been able to eat wheat for nearly 30 years and although I am only eating small quantities if this bread at the moment I have had no reaction at all. It is amazing as a crumb of 'ordinary' bread would have definitely affected me.
I am really looking forward to trying out more of your recipes and eating enjoyable bread for the first time in a very long while.
